When purchased from any retail store that stocks my line, please contact them first. If you need a slight modification (e.g. a longer chain or a ring sizing) please send me an email with your request. There may be an extra charge depending on the type of modification, but I will do the utmost to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. I want you to love your piece for years to come!
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation included. We are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to us, nor are we liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us.
